Our staff members understand the needs of Home Owner’s Associations and consistently deliver outstanding service worthy of referrals. Utopia Management provides the highest quality bookkeeping service at one of the lowest rates in town.
The cost of our bookkeeping service is $5 per homeowner with a minimum of $75 per month. For this competitive fee Utopia provides you with the following services:

Collection of homeowner’s dues (Excluding any legal proceedings or services)

Payment of association bills

Provide monthly financial statements including: Bank account information, and copies of bills paid by us for your association.

Preparation of billing statements

Escrow transfer documentation preparation.

Management of your Home Owner’s Association bank account including the reconciliation of your bank statements.

Post all late payments for any homeowner’s accounts after the due date set up by your HOA.

Direct bank payments for any homeowner that would prefer for their monthly dues to be taken directly from their account.
Additional fees for services provided include:

Monthly charges for postage (actual cost) and copies (.25 per copy)

Mailing of Homeowners billing statements at $2.00 per statement

Archival storage fee of $2 per box with a $10 minimum.

A bank charge for $10 per month for every association.
