Utopia Management manages over 1,500 single-family homes and condos throughout San Diego County.  The cost of our full service management is 8% of collected revenues.   Our price is discounted by twenty percent compared to the standard industry price for this type of management.  We do not charge lease up fees, set up fees or miscellaneous charges, like many of our competitors.  We try to keep our prices low and we don’t hit you with unexpected charges.
